Shakespeare Sports Theatre Company was founded in 2018 after having had a few years of unrehearsed Shakespeare shows during the time that Carrie was finishing education degrees and the idea was audience engagement and spontanious improvisation while still honoring Shakespeare's text. Our fluid creativity allows space for moving from indoor theatre spaces to outdoor NYC Parks. Carrie Isaacman works collaboratively and has directed as well as collaborated. Since the founding of the company Carrie started working and playing with Hunter Heartbeat during the time of studying education and wanted to test the waters during the time of student teaching. Shakespeare Sports will continue the work and play of Hunter Heartbeat Theatre as a means of social emotional and lessons for children with autism and developmental delays.
